Istituzione Parco della Laguna opens the exhibition season 2012 of Torre Massimiliana with 'graphicnovel.it, Le roman graphique italien', the first Italian exhibition of Graphic Novel, the narrative form which uses contemporary language of comics Produced by Vivacomix Association and the Italian Institute of Culture of Paris, 'graphicnovel.it, Le roman graphique italien' after the huge success of Paris shop is available in Italy from 7 April to 20 may, in the suggestive atmosphere of the island Sant’Erasmo. Not only comics, but a veritable journey through the folds of our civilization and our history, an opportunity for neophytes and fans to discover new glimpses of contemporary Italian and wandering the rooms of a real virtual library. A cultural walk sponsored by Alliance Française, which establishes the link between Italy and France, a feeling that renews itself for decades, when speaking of the graphic novel and surprising narrative ability. The authors of the works on display cross the decades with unmistakable style of Italian cultural production, cutting with attentive and disenchanted most significant events of our lives, looking at the everyday, the myths and the history of the Italian province and a past often removed, but deposited. The artists are: Lorenzo Mattotti (Stigmate - Einaudi 1999, Casterman 2011), Igort (Quaderni Russi. La guerra dimenticata del Caucaso di Igort - Mondadori 2011, Futuropolis 2011), Cattani (Barcazza - Canicola 2011, Atrabile 2011) and Tota (Fratelli - Coconino ).
