In the extraordinary frame of Grimani Palace, an exhibition dedicated to the sketches of Canaletto. The exposition inquires the modus operandi of the artist, defining some of concrete operativity in the phase of graphical construction and establishes the role carried out from the optical room in the realization of the views of Venice. The Notebook is a precious little book (milimeter 175x235) formed from 7 issues, with a lot of sketches realized probably in a short arc of time, then red-use from the venetian painter in the years.
