The land of Israel was the point of departure for this temporal spatial research. For the people of a state, that for the great part of 60 years has had an insular existence, “emergency” has always been a “modus Vivendi;” their “normality.” Like any other artist, also the Israeli artist absorbs the actual world and creates by means of reflection, synthesis, sublimation and sometimes even escapism, his new private reality.
