The most specific inclination for the Fondazione Bevilacqua La Masa is supporting the young artists residing in the Triveneto area (North-east Italy). In this same attitude, from May 31 to June 5, Bevilacqua La Masa’s ateliers for young artists also open their doors. Sited in Palazzo Carminati and in the ex-convent of St.s Cosma & Damiano, Nico Angiuli, Lia Cecchin, Nebojša Despotovic, Nina Fiocco & Nicola Turrini, Martino Genchi, Giovanni Giaretta, Alessandra Messali, Andrea Napolitano, Luca Pucci, Chiara Trivelli, Aleksander Velišcek and Serena Vestrucci will allow visitors to enter their studios for this event.
On June 3 from 6pm, the Fondazione Bevilacqua La Masa, in collaboration with Albunduqquiyya, presents Vessel, an Apulian contemporary art foundation (sited in Bari), born with similar objectives to the ones of our foundation: the promotion of young artists from a specific territory – the region Apulia – aiming at the exchange and sharing of some artistic practices which are also to be found in other geographic areas. The site chosen for the presentation, together with its dimension as a working place, becomes a container for new forms of collaboration. Performances: monologue by Nico Angiuli interpreted by Francesca Sarah Toich, audio and video life performance by Andrea Napolitano in collaboration with Nicolas Atlan, performance catering by Gastrovisione.
