On the occasion of the one hundred years of the reconstruction of the San Marco Bell Tower, Ateneo Veneto with Carive and Fondazione Musei Civici has organized at the headquarters of the Cassa di Risparmio , in S. Luca, a small show documentary.
From April 24 to May 25 2012 are exhibited sixty photographs selected by Claudio Franzini with Cristina De Roit in courtesy from photographic archive of the Foundation at the Museo Fortuny.
The exhibition is completed by a valuable and suggestive findings, as fragments of bricks, magazines and newspapers of the era, commemorative medals, stamps and postcards from the personal collection of the Venetian writer Alberto Toso Fei, who also wrote a brief text that tells some anecdotes and curiosities from the flavor of legend revolving around the collapse of the Tower.
