Venice, from Wednesday 19 to Sunday, September 23, hosts the third 'International Conference on decreasing environmental sustainability and social equity'.

The conference takes place at IUAV and will be inaugurated on Wednesday, 19 with the opening session at the Teatro Malibran.

The initiative is supported by a rich program of events that, on Friday, September 14, involves Mestre: the Fair of the decrease and the sustainable city (14-16 and 19-23 September in Mestre in Venice, Zattere); the Conference of joint purchasing groups and the districts of solidarity economy (September 15 to 16 in Mestre), a film festival with screenings at the Casa del Cinema and the City of Venice Giorgione Multiscreen cinema and theater ai Frari, the floral display of the night September 22 to 23, 'The Hague in Laguna', with workshops, seminars, performances, book presentations in the field, a laboratory of creative expression for children, organized by the Foundation Franca and Franco Basaglia.
