Han Meilin, who was designated 'UNESCO Artist for Peace' in 2015, is a hugely prolific artist known internationally for his design of the Air China logo and for the mascottes of the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

This exhibition is the first leg of the 'Han Meilin’s world tour'. The chief curator of the Venice show is Ambassador Umberto Vattani, President of Venice International University - VIU - and President of the China-Italy Dialogue Association - CID, co-organizers of the exhibition.
