VENICE OPEN STAGE is a performing arts festival that, since 2013, takes place in one of Venice’s most charming piazzas: Campo San Sebastiano. The festival is organised by Associazione Culturale Cantieri Teatrali Veneziani, in partnership with IUAV University of Venice and Comune di Venezia. Venice Open Stage is built as a networking theatre festival where actors from theatre Schools and Academies meet the future professionals who work behind the scenes of a live production. 12 nights of free international performances brought by the talented students of national and international theatre Schools and Academies.
