Following the success of the previous edition, which brought to the stage of the Teatro Piccolo Arsenale 21 companies from Italy, Holland, Japan, Slovenia, Taiwan and the United States, the Marathon of the Unexpected returns as a specific section within the Festival dedicated to new proposals, selected among the most experimental in the field of dance, with the intent to spotlight realities that would find it difficult to acquire visibility and to foster opportunities to discover and encourage the creative originality of new talents.
