The exhibition features a collection of brief treatises and essays related to the theme of color (in the context of Venice). The exhibition extends from the sixteenth to the eighteenth century with some editions on dialogue/meaning and practice of color (Fulvio Pellegrino Morato, Ludovico Dolce, Paolo Pino) ​​that will be compared with essays on light and color that blend together scientific and psychological analysis of vision and perception (Antonio De Dominis, Giovanni Rizzetti, Francesco Algarotti).
