Expo Venice is opening the doors of the Arsenal for the second edition of Mare Maggio, to be held from Friday the 15th until Sunday the 17th.
The Arsenal, symbolic of marine activities and naval arts, is hosting this fair event, offering a visit rich in history and culture: the journey begins at the Pavilion of Ships, with historic vessels, subsequently revealing the great treasures of the Navy, the Dandolo submarine and the MZ 737 Motorboat.
Finally, the public will be able to admire the Tese di San Cristoforo, recently restored, and the Tese della Novissima, which will be opened to the public precisely on this occasion.
Among the numerous initiatives of the event, the organization has involved, for this edition too, the re-enactors of CERS (Consorzio Europeo Rievocazioni Storiche), which will help visitors to immerge themselves in a magical world of times gone by, by means of costumes and instruments of the past.
